Furever Chihuahuas Adoption Application

Thank you for your interest in adopting a Furever Chihuahua. Our adoption applicants are screened for suitability and compatibility as well as criteria related to care and commitment. We take the time to carefully read each and every application.  If your application aligns well with our puppies, we will contact you within a couple of days to further the adoption process.  We reserve the right to deny an adoption applicant. 

Please note that we do not cargo ship our babies. They must be either picked up in person or a hand delivery service arranged, as we prefer to meet all of our puppy parents. We recognize that this may be difficult so will work with you to ensure a smooth transition of your new baby to home. 

We do not share your information with any other party and do not solicit on anyone’s behalf. Your information will be used solely to contact you with respect to your adoption application.
